摘要
为了提高LNG(液化天然气)接收站BOG(蒸发气)处理工艺的节能效果,改善工艺对工况波动的适应性,从LNG站无外输、BOG产生量过大这2种特殊工况入手,对LNG接收站BOG处理工艺进行改进,增设压缩BOG储罐来储存无法进行再冷凝处理和需要排空燃烧的BOG气体。在此基础上进行了工艺模拟,并分析了LNG储存量、外输压力、压缩比对改进后工艺节能效果的影响。模拟结果表明,改进后工艺较改进前节能约为10.8%,改进后工艺节省能耗随LNG储存量增加而增加,随外输压力增加而增加,随压缩比减小而增加。
Abstract
In order to improve the energy-saving effect of BOG (boil-off gas) treatment process at LNG (liquified natural gas) receiving terminal and the adaptability of the process to the fluctuation of the working conditions,the BOG treatment process is improved from two special conditions,including no external transmission at LNG terminal and excessive BOG production.A storage tank for compressed BOG is added to store BOG gas that cannot be re-condensed and needs to be discharged for combustion.On this basis,the process simulation is carried out,and the effects of LNG storage,external pressure and compression ratio on the energy efficiency of the improved process are analyzed.The simulation results show that about 10.8% of energy is saved after the improvement,the energy saved by the improved process increases with the increases of LNG storage amount and external pressure,and with the decrease of compression ratio.
